Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems (WDK) products to electrical contractors and industrial facilities through distributor partners.

You will meet or exceed sales quotas while developing strong territory relationships and managing distributor stock levels. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, field demonstrations, and proactive customer service in the Knoxville area.

Qualifications

• A college degree is required or equivalent experience in electrical product sales.
• Three+ years of related electrical product sales experience, or a High School Diploma with six+ years of related electrical product sales experience.
• Experience selling to electrical contractors is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the territory’s existing business and new opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct sales calls to contractors, EPCs, and distributors to create market preference for Hubbell WDK products.
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations at contractor and industrial locations.
• Provide prompt expert service to end-users and distributors to build strong territory relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Concur.
• Cover open territories as assigned by District Sales Manager.
