Job summary

Axians Brussels is seeking a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist to drive learning initiatives, maintain documentation quality, and foster knowledge sharing across IT Service Delivery teams.

You will coordinate training programs, develop learning materials, maintain repositories in SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow, and support continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Training, Documentation, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support training and learning initiatives across stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, knowledge articles, guides, and documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.
• Monitor training participation, progress, and reporting.
• Create, review, and maintain operational and technical documentation.
• Manage and improve knowledge repositories in SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Capture best practices, lessons learned, and process documentation.
• Ensure documentation quality, consistency, accessibility, and governance.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and knowledge gaps.
