Axians in Brussels is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain and optimize SharePoint environments. You will ensure high availability, security, and system stability while supporting end users and stakeholders in an international setting.

You will design farms, perform upgrades, develop automation with PowerShell, and implement best security practices, including backup processes and monitoring. This role offers a multicultural environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
• Experience with SharePoint site collection administration, user permissions, and content management.
• Understanding of network security, authentication mechanisms, and security protocols.
• Experience implementing security, backup, and system maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Server Edition farms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of SharePoint environments and related components.
• Manage and monitor Windows Server environments and ensure their effective integration with SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
• Implement security best practices and ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint environments, including security infrastructure and backup processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related performance, connectivity, configuration, and access issues.
• Administer SharePoint site collections, user permissions, access rights, and content.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end users and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor Microsoft best practices, patches, and updates to maintain system stability and security.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure operation of SharePoint environments.
