Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent with 3–5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience gathering and synthesizing information from SMEs
• Experience writing clear, concise step-by-step instructions, workflows and user guides
• Experience translating complex information for non-technical audiences
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced PowerPoint skills
• Experience with ServiceNow, Workday and Canva

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality instructional documentation.
• Create employee-facing knowledge content in empowerU and related platforms.
• Ensure accessibility, clarity, and actionability of content.
• Meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards.
• Create Quick Guides, Process Guides, Workflows, and Infographics.
• Audit and update materials to reflect current processes and systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to gather requirements.
• Ask clarifying questions to ensure content completeness and accuracy.
• Convert policies into consumable knowledge for diverse audiences.
• Align content with Global Knowledge Styling Guide and Playbook.
• Review metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
