First Bank is seeking a Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to blend employee training, process improvement, and technical expertise. You’ll ensure staff have the tools and resources to work efficiently, maintain documentation standards, and drive technology adoption across the bank.

The role supports critical systems, knowledge resources, and AI-driven solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement, cybersecurity awareness, and strong customer service for internal and external users.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain IT training materials, videos, user guides, and procedures.
• Provide technology onboarding, setup assistance, and training for new employees.
• Communicate software enhancements, process changes, and weekly technology tips to staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance The Vault to keep information organized and current.
• Support business process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create data process maps and workflow documentation.
• Assist departments in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and technology utilization.
• Monitor IT support tickets and resolve issues.
• Assist with technology asset inventory management and tracking.
• Provide backup support for OnBase functions and reporting.
• Identify and support AI solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with annual Business Continuity Plan reviews and updates.
• Coordinate cybersecurity awareness training and communications.
• Support education and adoption of technology and security best practices.
