Job summary

INTRUST Bank in Wichita, KS seeks a Training Designer to create and deliver training and digital content for business systems and workplace technology. You’ll craft instructor-led and virtual training, videos, user guides, and communications to drive user adoption.

You will work with IT, vendors, and SMEs to ensure practical enablement for Microsoft 365 and AI tools, while maintaining confidential standards and collaborating across the bank.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in technology training, business systems support, or internal communications.
• Experience developing training for business systems or workplace technology.
• Hands‑on experience producing instructional video and multimedia content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training on business applications, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
• Produce instructional video end to end, including scriptwriting and post‑production editing.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation and onboarding content.
• Plan and facilitate live and virtual enablement events.
• Engage in vendor, project, and stakeholder sessions to ensure adoption readiness.
• Coordinate reviews and manage deliverables across stakeholders.
