Executive 1 Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Training and Knowledge Management Specialist to design and deliver training materials, job aids, and documentation that help staff work more effectively. The role focuses on building knowledge resources, maintaining content accuracy, and promoting consistent practices across programs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with managers and technical teams, support onboarding, and ensure accessibility compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; education/communications/IT related field preferred.
• 3 years in training development, technical writing, or knowledge management.
• Strong writing, editing, and plain-language communication.
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, guides, or knowledge base content.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, presentations, e-learning content, and user guides.
• Write/edit technical documentation to clear, plain-language content.
• Deliver training sessions for small and large groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into accessible content.
• Maintain training resources and knowledge libraries with clear version control.
• Support onboarding and role-based learning activities.
• Ensure materials meet accessibility standards (Section 508).
• Track attendance, progress, feedback, and report results to leadership.
• Suggest improvements to training programs and documentation processes.
• Coordinate cross-team updates and share new processes.
