Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Knowledge / Information Manager to support the U.S. SECOND Fleet (C2F) in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on KM/IM, SharePoint/Microsoft 365 development, battle rhythm management, and training, enabling informed decision-making and effective staff collaboration.

Applicant will work in a dynamic Fleet HQ environment, providing troubleshooting and admin support across collaboration platforms and ensuring access for key personnel and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and solid KM/IM background.
• Certified or experienced in SharePoint development and MS 365 tools.
• Experience with KM program development and management.

Responsibilities

• Support KM strategy execution for C2F with continuous improvement.
• Develop requirements for KM tools and SharePoint/Teams solutions.
• Design and maintain SharePoint/365 environments and CAS workflows.
• Manage battle rhythms, calendars, and staff teams coordination.
• Provide KM training and produce training guides and SOPs.
• Assist with information-sharing processes for exercises and events.
• Troubleshoot collaboration tools and user access across environments.
• Collaborate with government leaders and mission partners.
