Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Knowledge/Information Manager to provide onsite KM and IM support to U.S. SECOND Fleet (C2F) in Norfolk, VA.

The role supports KM strategy execution, tool development, training, and process improvement across SharePoint, MS 365, CAS, and related platforms. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in KM/SDLC, SharePoint development, and organizational process improvement, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Strategic Management, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft SharePoint Developer certification or 3+ years of SharePoint development experience.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating activities involving administrative, program, and technical personnel.
• 10+ years of SDLC experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• KM program development/management experience.
• Experience with strategic planning and organizational process improvement.
• Experience using SharePoint and CAS for information sharing.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the C2F KMO and Chief of Staff in KM strategy execution and improvement.
• Develop requirements for KM tools and solutions supporting Fleet headquarters operations.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve SharePoint, Teams, 365, CAS and related platforms.
• Manage and synchronize calendars, battle rhythms, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with daily management of C2F calendars and space/resource approvals.
• Deliver KM training for personnel on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Create training guides, SOPs, KM instructions, and supporting docs.
• Incorporate stakeholder input to improve KM processes and documentation.
• Support development of exercise-related KM products and collaboration environments.
• Provide troubleshooting and user support for collaboration tools and SharePoint environments.
• Manage user access across C2F collaboration environments.
• Identify improvements to staff processes using KM and tech solutions.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, military and mission partners.
