Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Science, Public Policy, Communications, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, knowledge management, information management, or related environment.
• Experience with databases, CRM platforms, project management tools, strong Excel skills, and structured data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain centralized repository of intellectual capital across engagements.
• Develop metadata, taxonomies, and tagging aligned with CRM and project management systems.
• Capture insights from client engagements and provide content templates and examples.
• Create dashboards and analyses to improve operational visibility and reporting.
• Apply AI tools to improve knowledge management, workflows, and data quality.
