Job summary

North Highland seeks a Manager of AI-Enabled Knowledge Management in Atlanta, GA to lead end-to-end KM lifecycle activities, including capture, curation, taxonomy, governance, and adoption. The role partners with IT, data, and AI teams to define requirements for AI-enabled KM workflows and semantic search, ensuring content quality and business impact.

The role collaborates with Practice leaders, client teams, and Strategy & Growth to embed knowledge into delivery and business development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information science, business administration, library sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of knowledge management experience or related field.
• Strong understanding of KM principles, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in enterprise knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and content systems.
• Experience applying AI tools to transform workflows and KM activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action in a changing KM landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee knowledge capture processes and AI knowledge architecture; govern content quality.
• Apply AI to improve knowledge workflows; develop reusable prompts and KM playbooks.
• Evolve taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and content structures for findability.
• Maintain governance for knowledge quality, lifecycle, and compliance with security/ethics.
• Promote adoption of KM tools and AI-enabled workflows through training and collaboration.
• Support secondary research and insights within Strategy & Growth and related teams.
