  • Develop and maintain taxonomies, metadata standards, and tagging structures that support searchability and reuse, including a database aligned with the firm's CRM and project management systems.
  • Partner with project teams to capture insights, methodologies, and reusable content from client engagements.
  • Serve as a resource for consultants seeking project examples, methodologies, templates, and historical experience, and respond to internal knowledge requests.
  • Support information governance, quality control, and content lifecycle management so intellectual capital remains current, organized, and aligned with firm standards.
Business Systems & Operations Support
  • Support day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the firm's core operating systems, including CRM, project management, staffing, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent data across client, project, staffing, delivery, and operational records.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that improve operational visibility.
  • Document processes and workflows, and support implementation, testing, and rollout of new platform capabilities.
  • Create user guides, onboarding materials, and process documentation, and help colleagues make effective use of firm systems and tools.
AI & Process Improvement
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to improve knowledge management, reporting, data quality, research efficiency, and operational processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AI-enabled workflows for recurring internal activities, including prompt libraries, templates, and agents.
  • Help redesign existing processes to take advantage of evolving AI capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, document best practices, and support adoption across the firm.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Science, Public Policy, Communications, or related analytical or research-oriented field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, knowledge management, information management, project coordination, or related professional environment.
