Benesch in New York seeks a Director of Knowledge Management to build and scale the KM function within the Innovation Department. The role is hybrid and reports to senior leadership, collaborating with Practice Groups, IT, Risk, Marketing/BD, and Professional Development.

The Director will own the knowledge lifecycle, drive AI-enabled workflows, ensure compliance, and measure impact on client service and efficiency. JD + 8+ years KM experience required.

Formación

• Eight years of experience in legal knowledge management or related function.
• Experience launching knowledge assets used in practice.
• Fluency with document management systems (iManage/NetDocuments), enterprise search, and AI tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead knowledge management strategy and client-driven prioritization.
• Identify knowledge gaps and govern content lifecycle with quality gates.
• Enable AI-driven retrieval and integrate with practice technologies.
• Lead adoption, measurements, and partnerships across Practice Groups and IT.
