Q2impact seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau's enterprise KMS, ensuring information is captured, structured and accessible across states and DC. You will contribute to governance, metadata, taxonomy and user experience across the organization.

You will lead or assist in knowledge capture activities, translate raw data into validated knowledge products, and promote KM best practices across directorates and partners. Strong SharePoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online 365, information architecture, and content lifecycle management.
• Experience in KM governance, maturity assessments, and cross‑functional knowledge sharing.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and optimize the Knowledge Management System (KMS) in alignment with KM governance and enterprise collaboration requirements.
• Guide metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, and workflow automation within the KMS.
• Coordinate with ESSRs and platform engineers to implement KM‑aligned solutions.
