Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Content Strategist with Knowledge Management experience to help organize and govern enterprise content. The role supports digital workplace operations and intranet management, with hands-on SharePoint Online configuration.

The team collaborates cross-functionally to improve information architecture and user experience. Required qualifications include a KM-related degree or 5+ years KM experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management or related field OR 5 years KM experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, intranet management, digital workplace operations, or related role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle setting.
• Strong communication, proactiveness, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and customer support skills.

Job description

The team usually goes onsite once in a quarter, but the team also goes to office whenever required, also in the coming time policy might get changed and ask all the works to come onsite plano 5 days a week.

Any industry is fine but the experience with Knowledge Management would be required and Content Strategist having all the must haves would be good to consider.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, UX Design, Organizational Development, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent experience OR 5 years with Knowledge Management experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management (any tool), content strategy, intranet management, digital workplace operations, or a related specialist/practitioner role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle setting.
• Strong communication and Proactiveness, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and customer support skills.
