Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Knowledge Management Representative to create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles for Network Enterprise. You will manage documentation in the SharePoint KM repository and ensure timely updates across team sites.

This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, strong writing skills, and experience in technical documentation. The position is customer-site based with opportunities for collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• BA/BS (or equivalent) education.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to email, IM messages, and voicemail messages for customers seeking help.
• Maintain documentation within the SharePoint KM repository.
• Knowledgeable on Netzwork Enterprise services and CCC products.
• Troubleshoot existing applications and devices within Network Enterprise.
• Provide remote support access and use remote tools for worldwide sites.
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk.
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
