Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring a Knowledge Management Representative in Colorado Springs. You will create and maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge articles for Network Enterprise and provide technical support across systems and applications.

Documentation lives in the SharePoint Knowledge Management repository, with updates shared across sites. The role requires 5+ years of experience, BA/BS or equivalent, and a TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Two certifications required: TS/SCI must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph; Security+ CE or another 8570 cert; PWS 9.1 cert.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles for Network Enterprise.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software and hardware.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint KM repository and update site documents.
