Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Knowledge Management Rep to create and maintain SOPs, User Guides, and Knowledge Articles for Network Enterprise. You will manage SharePoint KM documents and provide remote/onsite IT support to users worldwide.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, guidance on enterprise applications, and potential coaching of junior staff. TS/SCI clearance is required with polygraph ability; minimum 5 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) required.
• 5+ years of related experience requested.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph is required.
• Two certifications are required: Security+ CE (8570) and PWS 9.1.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles for Network Enterprise.
• Maintain documentation in the SharePoint KM repository.
• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software and hardware.
• Respond to queries via in person, phone, email, IM, or voicemail.
• May coach/lead less-experienced professionals and serve as team lead.
