Job summary

General Dynamics Corporation seeks a Knowledge Management Rep. with TS/SCI and polygraph eligibility to support Network Enterprise documentation and end-user assistance.

The role involves creating SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles, plus maintaining SharePoint documentation and providing frontline troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and two required certifications (Security+ CE / 8570 and PWS 9.1).

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience.
• Clearance: TS/SCI must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• Two certifications are required for the program: Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert; PWS 9.1 cert.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, User Guides and Knowledge Articles (KAs) for Network Enterprise.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in person, by phone, email, IM, or voicemail.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint KM repository and update site documents accordingly.
• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on helpdesk issues related to cloud infrastructure.
