Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney to support labor and employment practices through knowledge resources, training, and technology-enabled solutions. You will work with attorneys, practice leaders, and business professionals to strengthen knowledge sharing and consistency in service delivery.
The role partners with the Director of Knowledge Management and reports to firm leadership. Candidates should have a JD, US bar admission, and 3–8 years in labor and employment law,
Qualifications
- J.D. required and licensed to practice law.
- Three to eight years of labor and employment law experience preferred.
- Interest in knowledge management, legal operations, innovation, or legal tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve knowledge resources and playbooks across labor and employment practices.
- Deliver training materials and knowledge-sharing resources for attorneys and paralegals.
- Collaborate with practice and industry leaders to disseminate legal developments and best practices.
- Draft client alerts, articles, and thought leadership content.
- Support technology-enabled knowledge delivery and process improvements.
