Qualifications
- J.D. required and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong writing and research skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical resources.
- Experience in knowledge management, professional development, or innovation in a legal environment preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver knowledge resources, training, and technology-enabled solutions for labor and employment practices.
- Organize and maintain library of precedents, forms, playbooks, and other legal content.
- Support attorney development and onboarding through training materials and CLE-related resources.
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders, Industry Groups, and IT to improve knowledge delivery and client service.
