Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney to support labor and employment practices through the development and delivery of knowledge resources, training, and technology‑enabled solutions.

The role strengthens knowledge sharing, consistency, and efficient service delivery across the firm. This position reports to the Director of Knowledge Management and works with Practice Group Leaders, Industry Leaders, and other stakeholders to scale the firm’s collective knowledge and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–8 years of labor and employment law experience preferred, including litigation, labor relations, or counseling.
• Strong legal research, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Interest in knowledge management, legal operations, or innovation.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge management priorities for assigned practices and develop strategies.
• Build, organize, maintain, and enhance knowledge resources and precedents.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to labor and employment law.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and intranet content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate to capture institutional knowledge and promote best practices.
• Support content governance for quality and usability.
