Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney to support its labor and employment practices, industry groups, and strategic initiatives through the development and delivery of legal knowledge resources, training, and technology-enabled solutions.

As a strategic member of the Knowledge Management team, the KM Attorney helps capture, organize, and scale the firm’s collective knowledge and experience, enabling attorneys to work more effectively and promoting collaboration across

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–8 years of labor and employment law experience including litigation, counseling, or related areas.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Interest in knowledge management, professional development, or legal technology.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge management priorities for assigned practices and develop strategies to advance those objectives.
• Build, organize, and maintain the firm’s knowledge resources including precedents, checklists, and playbooks.
• Monitor legal developments relevant to labor and employment law and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys to capture institutional knowledge and promote best practices across the firm.
• Develop training programs and educational materials for attorneys and paralegals.
• Support content governance to ensure quality and usability of knowledge assets.
