Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in relevant practice groups.
• Deep knowledge of Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, Intellectual Property, and Privacy + Cyber.
• Experience with knowledge management, legal research, and practice support using KM tools and document management systems.
• Proficiency with legal technology, project management, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and curate knowledge artifacts in the KM database.
• Develop and assess KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and resources.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Identify gaps and curate targeted attorney contributions to the knowledge base.
• Lead KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals and ROI.
• Promote new technologies and drive adoption of KM programs.
