Job summary

CLA is seeking a Lead Knowledge Enablement Analyst to drive knowledge management strategy and governance across the firm. You will define standards for documentation, taxonomy, metadata, and content ownership while leading cross-functional initiatives to improve knowledge reuse and operational maturity.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to prepare AI-enabled knowledge experiences and to advance digital readiness. A Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, and service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead knowledge management strategy, governance, and maturity across functions.
• Design governance frameworks, content ownership, metadata standards, and quality expectations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize practices and improve knowledge reuse.
• Establish measures for effectiveness, readiness, and content quality.
• Define standards for AI-enabled knowledge experiences and future digital worker capabilities.
