Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, learning and development, communications, life sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, learning enablement, or content operations.
• Experience organizing and scaling content across multiple sources for enterprise use.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge management approach for Digital, AI, and technology learning content.
• Manage both external/internal content and content created through training sessions and enablement activities.
• Define standards for content organization, tagging, metadata, version control, and accessibility.
