Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a roles owner for its knowledge experiences, guiding external and internal knowledge surfaces and the AI-driven documentation. You will work across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and Implementation to turn organizational knowledge into actionable, searchable content.

You’ll influence processes, improve the customer help center and internal knowledge hub, and design prompt-driven workflows with AI tools to scale knowledge creation while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in knowledge strategy, content operations, product operations, or a related function.
• Excellent writing skills, able to translate complex technical content into clear guidance.
• Strong systems thinking to create scalable knowledge workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools and designing prompts for workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support, and Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy and roadmap for EliseAI’s external and internal knowledge experiences.
• Own the coverage, structure, freshness, accuracy, and findability of our customer-facing help center.
• Improve the internal knowledge hub and AI answer surface used by Support and Solutions Engineering.
• Partner with technical teams to strengthen workflows that turn tickets, releases, and changes into reliable knowledge.
• Define and track standards for knowledge quality, coverage, usage, and adoption.
• Build repeatable processes that capture knowledge from product, engineers, solutions engineers, and implementation leads while it’s fresh.
• Use AI tools to design prompts and prototype workflows for knowledge creation and maintenance.
• Build trust across teams and enable SMEs to contribute without slowing down.
