Job summary

TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm operating fully remote. The Knowledge Management & Communications Specialist will build, maintain, and govern the organization’s central Knowledge Center, ensuring staff have accurate, accessible resources and up-to-date job aids and policy summaries.

You will work with SMEs, Instructional Designers, L&D, and operations to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance, translating policies into learning assets, FAQs, and process maps that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 2+ years knowledge management or related field experience.
• Experience creating job aids, SOPs, FAQs, or process docs.
• Exceptional written communications and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and information-architecture skills.
• Experience with LMS and knowledge base platforms.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear content.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative across departments, comfortable with change governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, structure, and maintain the organization’s central Knowledge Center.
• Establish taxonomy and organization-wide information standards; governance & audit readiness.
• Translate policies into clear learning assets and guides; develop job aids and FAQs.
• Coordinate content intake, triage, and prioritization with SMEs, ID, L&D, and ops.
• Ensure resources meet clarity, accessibility, and branding standards; communicate updates.
