Job summary

TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist to design onboarding and ongoing training for case managers, paralegals, and attorneys. You will build materials mirroring real files and client calls, partnering with Managing Attorneys to validate content while maintaining learning ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a personal injury law firm or other professional services environment with credentialed staff.
• Expertise with Filevine, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Clio, SmartAdvocate) or equivalent systems.
• Ability to design training for both process-heavy and judgment-heavy roles, or a clear approach to doing so.
• Strong instructional design skills: needs analysis, curriculum design, assessment design, and measuring training effectiveness.
• Comfort partnering with senior subject matter experts without losing ownership of the learning design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex material for mixed audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training builds in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding covering case management systems, demand package construction, client communication standards, and escalation protocols.
• Build onboarding for firm case strategy standards, settlement targets, and file ownership in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Provide case manager and paralegal onboarding to ensure productivity in early weeks.
• Partner with attorneys on SME topics while maintaining learning ownership.
• Develop ongoing training driven by gaps, not a fixed calendar.
• Create assessments and certification checkpoints to track ramp time and performance.
