The role emphasizes strong communication, organized content management, and ongoing process improvement in an office setting. You will coordinate guides, templates, and training materials, ensure consistent formatting, and support stakeholders and regional teams in delivering accurate information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in computer-based work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Base Tool Maintenance: Review, update, publish and archive guides, templates, and user instructions.
• Stakeholder and System Support: Be the primary point of contact for tool-based questions and assist with user setup and issue resolution.
• Training and Documentation: Support development and delivery of training materials and onboarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
