Job summary

MedPro seeks a Knowledge Management Coordinator to oversee training programs, publish schedules, and support staff development. You will collaborate with leadership to design measurable training initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and operational SMEs.

In this role you will publish offerings, coordinate staff, update materials, and develop distance learning tutorials using WebEx, ensuring timely delivery and quality across internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is high school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years in billing/training environment or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Publish and coordinate classroom schedule and offerings.
• Communicate with training attendees and clients internal/external.
• Coordinate training staff to meet objectives.
• Review and update training materials regularly.
• Develop distance learning tutorials (WebEx).
• Collaborate with leadership to design SME-focused training.
• Establish a measurement system to analyze productivity.
• Train new Knowledge Management staff.
