Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Task Coordinator III to lead small teams in distribution design projects, including field data collection, CAD work, and permitting. You will manage schedules, mentor staff, and support quality and client-facing activities.

The role involves office work with significant field exposure, and requires a two-year degree or equivalent experience plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree and two years of direct distribution design experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Field work and inspection without oversight.
• Producing high-quality complex construction prints and material lists.
• Demonstrate proficiency in distribution design software.
• Mentoring peers and lower-level performers as requested by leadership.
• Assisting with Quality Compliance initiatives as requested by leadership.
• Assisting with delegation of field work, permitting and design work as requested by leadership.
• Assisting with pursuing new work with existing clients.
• Performing storm damage assessment work as requested by leadership.
