829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks an E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-powered campaigns and automation for client brands. You’ll lead lifecycle plans, optimize performance, and align with cross-functional teams to deliver on budgets and timelines.

You’ll bring 4+ years of email marketing and 2+ years in Klaviyo, with a product-owner mindset and strong client communication skills to shape campaign vision and drive results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tools.
• Strong collaboration and client engagement experience.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget.
• Review monthly performance reports and make improvement recommendations.
• Own all elements of email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Manage client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
