829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to join the Inbound Team. You will own Klaviyo-based campaigns and lead conversations about performance and technical setup for automated workflows, audiences, and databases.

You'll collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams, communicating effectively and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an ecommerce brand.
• Familiar with marketing automation technologies (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience in the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
• Data-driven insights and reporting.
• Interest in mentoring others.
• Proactive, learning-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Initiative and teamwork.
• Experience building campaigns with lead generation and nurturing.
• SMS experience with Sakari and Attentive.

Responsabilités

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans proactively to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and highlight wins, areas for improvement and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and strong organizational skills.
• Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to campaigns or projects.
• Own email marketing initiatives—strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement email calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and align campaign vision with team execution.
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask, prioritize and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
