Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle marketing on the Inbound Team. You will work directly in Klaviyo and lead conversations on performance, automation setup, databases, and audiences, while collaborating with Client Services, Web, and Paid teams.

You will bring 4+ years of email marketing experience, 2+ years in Klaviyo, and a proven track record with ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience at a minimum.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with email marketing services and automation technologies (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction in engagements.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations.
• Own all elements of email marketing initiatives and calendars.
• Manage client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns and coordinate multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and act as email marketing thought leader.
