Job summary

Paradium.AI is seeking an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own customer retention, lifecycle flows, and campaigns across email and SMS. You will operate Klaviyo, lead automated flows, dynamic segmentation, and list growth, and leverage AI tools to scale testing and reporting to leadership.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in DTC e-commerce marketing, deep Klaviyo expertise, Shopify/Shopify Plus experience, and a proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct Email/SMS marketing in a DTC e-commerce environment.
• Expert Klaviyo with lifecycle flows and automation.
• Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus experience.
• Proven ability to own an integrated email/SMS calendar and present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and copy generation.

Responsibilities

• Own the master Email & SMS promotional calendar.
• Plan, build, QA, and deploy high-frequency campaigns.
• Update templates in Figma for quick-turn promotions.
• Design and maintain Klaviyo flows (Welcome, Abandoned, Post-Purchase, etc.).
• Grow loyalty program and manage sweepstakes/giveaways.
