CrucialPoint is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our enterprise eCommerce email programs. You will craft retention-focused campaigns, collaborate with brands, and leverage Klaviyo to drive engagement and revenue across Email, SMS, and Push channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Email Retention Marketing for a B2C eCommerce brand (Email, SMS, Push, or direct mail).
• Deep expertise with Klaviyo, including predictive analytics, flows, segmentation, and SMS.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and customization in Klaviyo.
• Experience with CRM, CDPs, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
