Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) for our community restaurant in Mooresville, NC. You will ensure a steady supply of clean pots, utensils, and dishware to support our culinary team and residents’ dining experience.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with meal service, and help keep the kitchen organized. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area ( Floors, surfaces).
• Remove trash and food waste to keep kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces, storage areas, and equipment as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Resupply chemicals, towels, and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
