Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support our community restaurant. You will ensure clean pots, utensils, and dishware so meals can be served to residents efficiently and safely.

The role emphasizes fast-paced kitchen support, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexible weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Dry and store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and mopped.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails regularly.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies during service.
• Ensure proper resupply of chemicals and soap dispensers.
