Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support our community restaurant operations and ensure clean pots, dishes, and kitchenware for residents' meals.

You will assist the culinary team, maintain cleanliness, and help with supplies and sanitation. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required; previous kitchen experience is a plus, and a Food Handler Card is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card with kitchen sanitation knowledge is a plus.
• 6–12 months in dishwasher/kitchen support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Dry and store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area (sweeping/mopping).
• Remove trash/recycling/food waste to keep kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces, storage areas, and equipment as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Replenish sanitation chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers.
