Dash In in Wilmington, DE is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our BOH crew. Starting wage $16.50–$18.00 per hour, with an extra $1 per hour overnight premium. Flexible full- or part-time hourly positions, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll help prepare meals, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure a great guest experience. Ideal candidates have food-service experience, basic certifications, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of food service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsabilidades

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards to prepare meals.
• Monitor prep levels and freshness to ensure readiness for service.
• Restock, organize and keep prep stations tidy.
• Receive deliveries and store them properly for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers and slicers.
• Use proper lifting techniques for large containers (50–65 lb).
