Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Capable of following recipes and portioning accurately.
• Must be able to operate kitchen equipment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate equipment (slicers, mixers, etc.) with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and FIFO stock control.
• Assist in baking and presenting items to customers in an appealing way.
• Handle customer payments, operate POS or computer as needed.
