Qualifications

• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow Opaa! recipes, meal patterns, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep ahead for next day
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification; keep areas neat and organized
