Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks kitchen support to prepare breakfast and/or lunch and assist with serving lines. The role includes occasional catering and performing all kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities emphasize food safety, adherence to recipes, FIFO, HACCP logs, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED preferred; must meet physical demands and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Wamiliarity with HACCP/safety procedures and food handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in preparation of foods per menu and recipes; plan for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and restock serving areas as needed.
• Handle customer transactions and ensure only reimbursable meals pass through POS.
• Follow safety and HACCP guidelines; complete daily production records.
