Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering. The role covers a range of tasks in production, compliance, and administration to support daily operations.

You will follow recipes, maintain food safety, stock, dishwashing, and FIFO inventory while upholding hospitality standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, punctuality, and student-focused service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to assist with various kitchen duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate slicers, mixers, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintain inventory with FIFO procedures and clean cooler/storage areas.
• Prepare baked goods and present them attractively to customers.
