Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our vibrant, 24/7 retail kitchen. You will prepare meals, maintain safety and quality, and deliver a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of food service experience, flexibility with shifts including overnights, and a commitment to cleanliness. Rewards include growth opportunities and competitive hourly pay with overnight premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or ability to complete GED.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred (line cook or prep).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards in all prep and service.
• Monitor prep levels and keep the station ready for service.
• Restock, organize and maintain a clean prep area.
• Receive deliveries and place items in proper locations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance.
• Interact with guests to provide a positive experience.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move heavy containers (up to 50–65 pounds) with proper technique.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills
