The Habit is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the Back of House, overseeing fry, broiler, make-up, quarterback, and lead cook stations. You will train and develop cooks, ensure food safety, and help meet sales goals.

Strong leadership, effective communication, and cost-control skills are essential for delivering high-quality, consistent meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the standard and lead by example in all kitchen functions.
• Provide direction and coaching to BOH Team Members.
• Perform all kitchen stations: prep, fry, broil, make-up, and lead cook.
• Ensure SOPs, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Train and develop BOH staff; manage opening/closing duties and weekly planning.
• Control food and labor costs to optimize profits.
