• Set the standard and leads by example in all kitchen functions and responsibilities.
• Provide direction and coaching to BOH Team Members.
• Able to perform all kitchen stations, including preparation and cooking of all items.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for consistency of quality.
• Assist opening/closing and weekly planning; help manage costs and labor.
