The Habit is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide back-of-house operations, train and manage cooks, and ensure food safety and quality across all kitchen stations. You will work closely with the management team to optimize throughput and uphold high standards.

Primary responsibilities include coaching BOH staff, maintaining SOPs, and driving cost controls while meeting sales goals and safety requirements. This role requires leadership and a proactive approach to daily kitchen operations.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in related food service position preferred.
• Food Manager Certificate and ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

• Set and lead kitchen functions; provide direction and coaching to BOH Team Members.
• Able to perform all stations in the kitchen, including preparation and cooking of all food items.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for consistent quality and safety.
