Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.

• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload on a daily basis.
• Coach associates on performance and develop their skills with regular feedback.
• Train and mentor associates on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
• Support store operations and activations, including events, demonstrations, brand presentation, and scheduling.
• Monitor floor activity and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team and store success.
